Sip & Spin: Pottery + Cider Night

with Art Off Center & Neighborhood Bottle Shop
📍 Art Off Center – Taylor, TX & 🍏 Featuring Neighborhood Bottle Shop

Join us for a creative night out that begins with cider and ends with clay-covered hands!

We’ll kick off the evening with a curated cider showcase led by the crew from Neighborhood Bottle Shop (located right here in our building!). For April’s event, they’ll feature cider by the glass and flights of 4 different ciders, complete with a guided tasting and printed cards with tasting notes and cider details.

🍎 Guests will purchase their cider or flights directly from Neighborhood Bottle Shop during the event. Prices range from $5-15 for glasses and flights.

After we sip and learn, we’ll transition into the studio for the “Spin” portion — a hands-on pottery wheel experience at Art Off Center.

What to Expect

🍏 6:00 PM – Cider Showcase
Start the night with a guided cider tasting experience. Learn about flavor profiles, production styles, and tasting notes while enjoying thoughtfully selected pours.

🎨 Wheel Throwing Experience

Neighborhood Bottle Shop and Art Off Center

Once the tasting wraps up, we’ll head to the pottery wheels! After a short demo from your instructor, you’ll learn the basics of centering clay and forming simple vessels such as cups or small bowls. No experience necessary — beginners are absolutely welcome.
