Hand Building Class

Choose a full four-week class that covers the traditional skills of creating pottery by hand built methods. We’ll make some fun items for your home! Pinching, coil building, slab

building, slump/hump/press molds, and glazing are covered; taking a student from raw clay to finished functional vessels. Decorating and glazing will also be covered. The class fee includes instruction, clay, underglazes, glazing and all firings.

Level: Beginner and Intermediate

Registration and Refund Policies:

• Tuition is due in full at time of registration.
• Workshops with insufficient enrollment will be cancelled, participants will be moved to next session.
• Students are allowed one makeup class during scheduled Open Studio time, please contact instructor to arrange.
• Workshop registrants must be a minimum age of 12+.
• Art Off Center reserves the right, if necessary to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. Participant workshop fees will be fully refunded.
• Art Off Center can not be held responsible for travel arrangements.
