Hand Building Clay Class-Wallpockets

Join us at Art Off Center to learn to create and experience clay at a working pottery studio in Taylor, Texas. Let’s get muddy!  During this hand building class, students will be making a wall pocket with slabs and decorating with stamps or sprigs.

This class is dedicated for all beginners to make a single themed piece in class. No experience needed! Our one time, introductory classes are a great way to try to clay for the first time via hand building methods. Get a group together for a fun night out or make it a date night!

We want you to have a great time creating pottery whether you are a beginner or more advanced. However, please remember this is just an introduction to clay. We cannot guarantee high quality results for pottery made during the session. Our goal is to provide you with a great event to remember!

Level: Beginner +

Includes cost of slab(s) of clay, underglazes, glazing and firing.

Registration and Refund Policies:

• Tuition is due in full at time of registration.
• Workshops with insufficient enrollment will be cancelled, participants will be moved to next session.
• Workshop registrants must be a minimum age of 14+.
• Art Off Center reserves the right, if necessary to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. Participant workshop fees will be fully refunded.
• Art Off Center can not be held responsible for travel arrangements.
• Due to the program structure for this introductory class to ensure all class participants get the most out of the class, late comers will not be admitted once the class starts
• There is no refund for late arrivals, cancellation or no-shows.
