A six week class that covers a series of surface decorating techniques on leather hard or bisque clay items.  Each week, students will focus on one decorating type per week and make a basic form for each successive class’s decorating example.

Decorating with slips, underglazes, oxides, underglaze transfer papers, lamination, sprigs and other techniques will be taught throughout the class.

Students are required to keep a  sketch notebook to classes to prepare and decorate their creations.

Students should have completed a hand building and/or wheel throwing class prior to taking this class.

Registration and Refund Policies:

• Tuition is due in full at time of registration.
• Workshops with insufficient enrollment will be cancelled and participant will be moved to next session.
• Workshop registrants must be a minimum age of 14.
• Art Off Center reserves the right, if necessary to cancel the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. Participant workshop fees will be fully refunded.
• Art Off Center can not be held responsible for travel arrangements.
