Kids’ Clay Ornament Class:

Tiny Artists, Big Holiday Spirit!

Ready to add a little handmade magic to your holiday tree? Bring the kids to Art Off Center for a festive clay adventure!

Each young artist will get a generous slab of clay and a collection of seasonal cookie cutters to create their own holiday ornaments. Stars,

trees, snowflakes, hearts, and whatever other festive shapes inspire them—the possibilities are practically endless!

Kids can make ornaments for the family tree, thoughtful handmade gifts, or decorations that will become treasured keepsakes for years to come. And parents, you’re invited to join the fun, too!

Make it a parent-and-kid creative date! Roll up your sleeves, get your hands messy, and create holiday memories together. Fair warning: your child may decide their ornament is a masterpiece and yours needs a little work.

No experience necessary. Just bring your imagination and get ready for some clay-filled holiday fun!

For ages 4 and up.

Join us at Art Off Center to learn to create and experience clay at a working pottery studio in Taylor, Texas.

This class is dedicated for all beginners to make a themed pieces in class.

No experience needed!

Level: Beginner +

Includes cost of clay slab, underglazes, glazing and firing.

FAQs

We want you to have a great time creating pottery whether you are a beginner or more advanced. However, please remember this is just an introduction to clay. We cannot guarantee high quality results for pottery made during the session. Our goal is to provide you with a great event to remember! Art Off Center has a 30 day hold policy, pieces will be disposed off if not claimed by the end of that period after bisque firing.

Each session is priced for one person.

Please understand that, due to the program structure for this introductory class to ensure all class participants can get the most out of the class, late comers will not be admitted once the class begins.

There is no refund for late arrivals, cancellation, or no-shows. 

Parking on Talbot Street.

We’re located on Potter’s Alley, direct entrance off Talbot Street/Main Street on the alley side of the McCrory Timmerman building.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes and expect to get a bit muddy.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

This event is suitable for 4+.

What’s the refund policy?

These classes are non-refundable and reschedules are not offered. Registrations may be transferred to another adult. Please understand that Art Off Center is a small business, and we rely on customers like you to help this studio thrive!
